Chrome doesn't sort tabs by address, and Tab Manager doesn't either. Chrome's tab groups (right-click a tab, then Add tab to new group) keep related tabs together, and where Chrome offers it, "Organize similar tabs" suggests groups for you. To find every tab from one site, type its name into Tab Manager's search, which lists all matches across your windows. Some extensions sort tabs by domain automatically; check their permissions first.
