For moving data between web apps, an integration service such as Zapier or Make connects them directly, without copying between tabs. When there's no integration, free browser automation extensions such as Automa (open source, with drag-and-drop blocks) or UI.Vision RPA (record and replay), can click and type for you, and Power Automate Desktop, which is free on Windows 10 and 11, automates both the browser and desktop apps. Patrick Bushe's AutoBrowser doesn't do any of that; it cycles through bookmarked pages on a timer.
