How to Clean Up Google Results on Desktop PC

On a desktop, Google fills the wide screen with a knowledge panel on the right as well as boxes between the links. Search Cleaner hides them: the AI Overview by default, and switches for "Knowledge Panel (Right)", ads, shopping, videos, "People also ask" and more. With those on, google.com results become a single column of links. It runs in Chrome on Windows, Mac and ChromeOS.
