How to Reopen Closed Tabs from Last Week

Chrome's History has them: press Ctrl+H (Cmd+Y on a Mac) and search or scroll back to last week; Chrome keeps about 90 days of history. Ctrl+Shift+T only reopens recently closed tabs and windows. For sets of tabs you know you'll want again, save them ahead of time: Tab Manager saves a window as a named session, and Chrome's "Bookmark all tabs" (Ctrl+Shift+D) saves them to a bookmark folder.
