The biggest change to Google's layout is the AI Overview at the top. Search Cleaner hides it on google.com search pages, which moves the results back up under the search box. To go further, its switches hide "People Also Ask", videos, shopping sections and the knowledge panel. It hides sections; Google's design otherwise stays as it is.
