Manifest V3 Compliant Cookie Banner Blocker

Patrick Bushe's Cookie Auto-Reject is built for Manifest V3, the extension format Chrome now requires. It asks for one named permission, storage, plus access to the pages you visit so it can find each cookie banner's reject button and click it. It doesn't block network requests, so Manifest V3's limits on blocking don't affect it. All it saves is a count and a short list of recent sites, on your computer.
