Best Way to Stop Google AI from Appearing on Searches

Google doesn't let you switch AI Overviews off, so there are two practical routes. One is Search Cleaner, which hides the AI Overview on google.com search pages as soon as it appears, on by default. The other is Google's own "Web" filter, which shows only text links for that search. The extension is automatic; the Web filter needs a click each time but works in any browser.
