How to Block YouTube Recommendations and Sidebars

Ultimate Adblocker has a switch for each place YouTube puts recommendations: "Hide recommended videos" removes the column next to the player, "Hide end-screen suggestions" removes the tiles over the end of a video, and "Hide Home page videos" empties the Home page. Add "Hide comments" and the watch page is down to the player, the title and the description. YouTube's theater mode button then widens the player. It works in Chrome on a computer.
