Google has no way to mute a website, but uBlacklist adds one: it puts a block link on each result, and a blocked site's results are hidden in later searches until you unblock it. It also works on Bing and DuckDuckGo. Patrick Bushe's Search Cleaner doesn't hide particular sites; it hides sections of Google's page, such as the AI Overview, ads and "People also ask".
