Clean Up Search Results Extension Manifest V3

Search Cleaner is built for Manifest V3, but it doesn't use declarativeNetRequest or block any domains. It runs a small content script on google.com search pages that hides sections you choose, such as the AI Overview, ads and shopping carousels, and its only permission is storage. If you want to block particular sites from results, uBlacklist is a Manifest V3 extension that does that.
