Completely Block Cookie Popups and Newsletter Modals

Cookie banners and "subscribe" popups are different problems. For cookie banners, Cookie Auto-Reject clicks the reject button, so the site records your refusal. For newsletter popups, Patrick Bushe's Ultimate Adblocker hides many of them with its "Pop-ups and app banners" setting (Fanboy's Newsletter List), and it hides cookie banners on the sites the EasyList Cookie List covers. Together they clear most pages, though a site neither list knows about can still show a popup.
