Sponsored results at the top of Google look a lot like the regular results below them. Ultimate Adblocker hides them using EasyList's rules for Google, along with some sponsored shopping boxes. For more control, Patrick Bushe's Search Cleaner extension lets you choose what to hide on Google: ads, Shopping results, AI Overviews, Shorts and more. Google changes its results page often, so a new ad format can appear before the lists are updated. The regular results themselves don't change; you just see them first.
