Use a free uptime monitor: UptimeRobot's free plan checks a site every five minutes and emails you when it stops responding, and works when your computer is off. AutoBrowser isn't a monitor: it skips pages that return errors such as 404 and lists them as broken, but it doesn't alert anyone.
