True Black Dark Mode for Web Browsing

For AMOLED screens and minimalists, pure black is the goal.
Modern Dark Mode has no "True Black" theme, but one slider gets you there. Its default background is dark charcoal (about #1a1a1a); in Advanced Settings, raise Contrast to about 125% and backgrounds become pure black (#000000), with white text. On AMOLED screens, black pixels are switched off, which looks deeper and uses less power.
