Search Cleaner cleans up Google's results page by hiding the sections around the links: the AI Overview (hidden by default), sponsored results, shopping carousels, videos, "People also ask" and more, 25 switches in all. It runs only on google.com search pages and asks for one permission, storage. It doesn't filter out particular websites; for that, a separate extension such as uBlacklist lets you block sites from the results.
