How to Permanently Exclude a Website from Search Engine

Google retired its own Blocked Sites feature in 2013. The closest replacement is uBlacklist, a free, open-source extension: exclude a site once and it's hidden from your Google results, and from Bing, DuckDuckGo and others, from then on. Your list is stored in the extension and can sync between computers. Search Cleaner doesn't block individual sites; it hides sections of Google's results page, such as the AI Overview, ads, shopping boxes and "People also ask".
