How to Bypass Cookie Walls on News Websites
Patrick Bushe · May 1, 2026
Many news sites in Europe and the UK put a cookie wall over the article until you answer. When the wall has a reject button, Cookie Auto-Reject clicks it, and the site saves your refusal and opens the article, which avoids the anti-adblock checks some sites run when a wall is simply hidden. A growing number of publishers use "accept or subscribe" walls instead; those have no free reject option, and no extension can honestly answer them for you.
