How to Hide Cookie Consent Modals Entirely

Consent modals that blur the background and freeze scrolling are waiting for an answer, and the cleanest way to get rid of them is to give one. Cookie Auto-Reject clicks the modal's reject button, so the site closes the modal, removes the blur and unlocks scrolling itself. Hiding the modal instead can leave the page frozen. Modals without a refusal button on their first screen are left for you to answer.
