Turn on "Hide Shorts" in Ultimate Adblocker's YouTube settings and Shorts disappear from the Home page, your subscriptions, search and the menu. If someone sends you a Short, it opens in the normal video player, so when it ends there's no next clip to swipe to. Add "Hide Home page videos" or "Open Subscriptions instead of Home" if the Home feed is your other weak spot. It works in Chrome on a computer, not in the YouTube app.
