Med Spa & Aesthetics Websites

Med spa website design: prices, providers and booking

Websites for med spas and aesthetic practices: injectables, lasers, skin treatments and body contouring. Before someone books Botox or a laser package, they want to know who will do it, what it costs, what results look like on someone like them, and how long the redness lasts. I design med spa sites that answer those questions calmly and honestly, with booking a tap away. Below: what a med spa site costs, and what clients look for before they book.

Quick answer

Building your own med spa site on Wix or Squarespace costs roughly $17.77 to $159.77 a month; a custom site starts at $5,000, paid once. What decides whether it books clients isn’t the platform: it’s whether each treatment page shows the price, the provider, real results and a book button.

What moves a custom price: how many treatments get their own page, how many providers and locations, how big the galleries are, and whether you want Spanish pages. More on the numbers: how much a website costs.

What clients check before they book

  1. Who is doing it? A name, a photo and a license: physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or nurse.
  2. What does it cost? Per unit, per syringe, per session or per package, without calling.
  3. What will I look like after? Real before-and-after photos of the same treatment, with how many sessions it took.
  4. How long is the downtime? Redness, swelling and when they can go back to work or the gym.
  5. Is it right for me? Who the treatment suits, and who should skip it.
  6. Can I book now? A book button on the page they’re reading, not only on the home page.

Claims to keep out of the copy

  • Promises of results (“look 10 years younger”). Show photos and say results vary.
  • Retouched or filtered before-and-after photos.
  • Photos used without the client’s written permission.
  • “Painless” or “no risk.” Name the common side effects instead.

Investment

Med spa website pricing

$5,000+

Med spa sites start at $5,000. A long treatment menu, more than one location, big galleries or Spanish pages raise the price, which is set in writing before work begins.

Every project includes discovery, design iterations, development, launch, and 30 days of post-launch support. Fixed scope, no surprise billing.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What should a med spa website include?

A page for each treatment with price, downtime and who it suits; your providers and their credentials; before-and-after photos used with permission; memberships and packages; reviews; and a way to book from every page.

How much does a med spa website cost?

Squarespace charges $19 to $99 a month and Wix $17.77 to $159.77 on yearly plans, if you build the site yourself. Upwork freelancers mostly bill $15 to $30 an hour. A custom med spa site from me starts at $5,000, quoted once.

Should a med spa list prices?

Yes, where you can. Price per unit or per session is one of the first things people look for, and showing it saves your front desk the same phone call all day. Ranges work for treatments that depend on the area.

Can I show before-and-after photos?

Yes, with each client’s written permission, and they should be real, unretouched results. Label them by treatment and number of sessions, and say results vary.

Does the site work with my booking software?

Yes. The book buttons link to or embed the online booking your spa already runs, so your schedule stays in one place.

Do you only work with Los Angeles med spas?

No. Med spas anywhere in the US are welcome; I work from Los Angeles, and everything happens over email with a preview link only you can see.
