Junk Removal & Hauling Websites
Websites for junk removal and hauling companies, from one truck to several crews. People hiring a hauler want to know three things before they book: roughly what it costs, whether you take the thing they have (a hot tub, a piano, old paint), and when you can come. Many junk removal companies price by how much of the truck a job fills, so the site should explain that clearly and let people send photos for a quote. I design hauling sites around that: plain pricing, a photo quote form and a booking calendar. Below: what a junk removal site costs, and how to lay out pricing so people say yes.

A minimum, plus quarter, half and full truckload prices or ranges, explained with photos of what each looks like.
A form that takes a few photos and an address, so you can price the job before the truck rolls.
Pick a day and an arrival window, with same-day jobs flagged if you take them.
What you donate, recycle and take to the dump, which many customers want to know.
Brands I’ve designed and built for
Expect $17.77–$159.77 a month to build a junk removal site yourself, $99–$149 a month for a hosted plan aimed at local trades, or from $5,000 for custom. What turns visitors into booked jobs is clear pricing by load size, a form that accepts photos, and an arrival window people can pick.
| Option | Monthly or one-time cost | Best when |
|---|---|---|
| Your own builder site | Wix $17.77–$159.77, Squarespace $19–$99 a month, billed for the year | You run one truck and most work comes from referrals |
| Local plan (ProPages) | $99 monthly up to 5 pages; $149 monthly up to 10, adding a booking form and gallery | Getting a basic site live without paying up front |
| Upwork freelancer | $15–$30 an hour for most freelancers; $45–$75+ for custom work | Small changes to a site you own |
| Custom hauling site (me) | From $5,000 fixed, plus hosting | Pricing, photo quotes and booking that fit how you work |
Wix and Squarespace pricing as of October 2026; ProPages, a site plan for local trade and service businesses, and Upwork as of November 2026. See also how much a website costs.
| Load | For example |
|---|---|
| Minimum or single item | A couch, a mattress or a washer |
| Quarter truck | A few pieces of furniture or one small room |
| Half truck | A garage corner or a small apartment clear-out |
| Full truck | A packed garage or an estate cleanout |
Swap in your own photos of each load and your own prices: a picture of a half-full truck explains more than a cubic-yard number.
Every hauler has a list. Put it on the site with where those items can go instead, so the customer isn’t stuck: paint and chemicals to a household hazardous waste drop-off, electronics to an e-waste recycler, and mattresses to a mattress recycling program where one exists.

Optional add-on
A better site brings in more inquiries. An AI add-on makes sure none of them wait. I build it alongside your site, so it launches with everything else.
Answers visitor questions from your site’s content around the clock, and captures the lead when they’re ready to talk.
Answers your phone, books appointments, and takes messages when nobody can pick up.
Replies to every contact form within seconds, asks your qualifying questions, and books a call.
Priced into the same fixed quote as your site: one project, one launch. Curious what it would save? Try the AI ROI calculator.
Describe the jobs you want, how you price them, where you work and how bookings arrive today. The fixed quote reaches you inside 48 hours.
In Figma over two to four weeks: the home page, the pricing page and the photo quote form, each approved before I move on.
The build takes four to eight weeks or so, with previews you can open between hauls.
Old links redirected, the site live, a lesson on swapping prices and photos, then a month of support.
Hauling sites start at $5,000. A booking calendar, an instant estimate tool or many area pages push it higher, and you approve the final number in writing beforehand.
Every project includes discovery, design iterations, development, launch, and 30 days of post-launch support. Fixed scope, no surprise billing.

Building it yourself runs $17.77–$159.77 monthly on Wix or $19–$99 on Squarespace, with yearly billing. Plans for local service businesses like ProPages charge $99 to $149 a month. A custom junk removal site from me starts at $5,000, fixed in writing.
Yes, at least ranges by load size and a minimum charge. People want a rough idea of what half a truck costs before they invite you over, and photos let you confirm the price before you arrive.
Yes. A calendar with arrival windows works for most jobs; large cleanouts can go through the photo quote form first.
Yes. Many customers care whether usable furniture gets donated and what gets recycled. Name the charities and recycling places you use, if they’re happy to be named.
