Studwell Builders
A remodeler’s site with a live rough estimate and the week-by-week schedule every client gets.
Agent, Team & Brokerage Websites
Websites for real estate agents, teams and small brokerages. Buyers want to search homes and learn the neighborhood; sellers want to know what their place is worth and whether you’re the agent who can get it. A template site from your brokerage does neither well. I design sites around your market and your listings, with search, neighborhood guides and a seller page that starts real conversations.

Listings from your MLS with filters for area, price and bedrooms, and saved searches that bring buyers back.
A guide for each area you work, with local detail that a national portal can’t match.
A home value page that gives a first answer, then asks for details so you can give the real number.
A site that looks like you, with your sold homes, reviews and story, plus the fair housing and license details you need.
Brands I’ve designed and built for
Clerestory is a two-agent brokerage I made up to show how I’d build a real estate site for a niche market, here mid-century homes in Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Search the homes, run the payment calculator, and try the home value estimate. See all 10

Optional add-on

Founder · Lead designer & developer
I design and build websites, ecommerce stores, and digital products from Los Angeles. Every project is founder-led — when you hire bushe.co, you're working with me directly, not a junior team or an offshore handoff.
Past clients include Rob Dyrdek, Peels, Street League Skateboarding, DTA Posse, Pasadena Bar Association, and SpringClick. I use AI tools throughout the process to ship faster — without making the work generic.
Yes, through an IDX provider approved by your MLS, such as IDX Broker, Showcase IDX or iHomefinder. The provider supplies the listing data and charges its own monthly fee; I design the search and listing pages around it so they match the rest of your site.
Brokerage sites are built to promote the brokerage, and they look like every other agent’s. Your own site carries your name, your neighborhoods and your sold homes, and the leads come to you. You can still link to your brokerage profile.
Real estate advertising has to follow fair housing law, and most agents show the Equal Housing Opportunity logo plus their license and brokerage details. I build those into the footer and keep listing and neighborhood copy within the rules.
My custom real estate sites start at $5,000. The price depends on how many agents, markets and neighborhood guides you need and what the site connects to. IDX is a separate monthly fee from your provider.
Yes. Tour requests and seller inquiries can go to email or straight into your CRM, like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or Lofty, through their own form connections or a service like Zapier.
No. I’m based in Los Angeles and work with agents and brokerages anywhere in the US, over video calls and shared design files.
