MSP & IT Services Websites

MSP website design for IT service companies

Websites for managed service providers, IT support companies and IT consultants. The person reading an MSP site is usually an office manager or owner whose last IT person left, or whose current provider stopped answering. They want to know what you cover, how fast you respond, how the monthly bill is built, and whether you understand their kind of business. I design MSP sites that say all of that in plain words, without a wall of acronyms. Below: what an IT company site costs, what buyers compare, and how to talk about security calmly.

What you get
Response times in writing

How fast you pick up, how fast someone is working on it, and what counts as urgent, stated where a buyer can find it.

Pricing a buyer can follow

Per user, per device or flat monthly: whichever you use, one page that shows how the bill is built.

Security without scare tactics

Backups, two-step sign-in and patching described as the routine work you do every week, not as a list of threats.

A page for each industry you serve

Clinics, law offices, accountants and manufacturers each get a page about their software and their rules.

Quick answer

Expect $17.77 to $159.77 a month for an MSP site you assemble and write yourself on Wix or Squarespace, and from $5,000 for one built around your services. The pages that win contracts are the plain ones: what you cover, how fast you respond, how pricing works and what happens in the first month.

The guide

What an MSP website costs

Way to get itTypical costFits a company that
Website builder (Wix, Squarespace)Wix $17.77 up to $159.77 a month, Squarespace $19 up to $99, paid annuallyHas one or two techs and still runs on referrals
Upwork freelancer$15 to $30 an hour for most; $45 to $75+ for design-led workNeeds a refresh of pages it already has
Custom MSP site (me)Starts at $5,000, one written price, plus hostingWants service, pricing and industry pages that win managed contracts

What buyers compare between IT providers

  1. Response time. Minutes to the first reply and hours to a fix, by how urgent the problem is.
  2. What’s covered. Help desk, laptops and phones, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, backups, security tools, and dealing with vendors like the internet provider.
  3. How the bill works. Per user, per device or flat, and what’s billed on top: projects, hardware, after-hours work.
  4. Contract terms. The length, the notice to cancel, and how you hand everything back if they leave.
  5. Who answers. Your own techs or an outsourced help desk, and where they’re based.
  6. Proof. Case studies and reviews from businesses their size.

Talking about security in plain words

Say this, for example

  • “We back up your files every night and test a restore every month.”
  • “Every account signs in with a second step, like a code on your phone.”
  • “Updates go out on a schedule, after we test them.”

Skip this

  • Breach headlines and scary statistics on the home page.
  • Promises like “100% secure” or “hack-proof.”
  • Acronyms with no explanation.

Work

See a monthly-plan business site in action

Greenbar CPAs is an accounting firm I made up. It sells a monthly service to small businesses, as an MSP does, and its fee builder and fixed plans show how to price recurring work in public without scaring buyers off. See all 26

What's included

Every project includes

Service pages that say what’s included

Help desk, monitoring, backups, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and projects, each with what you handle and what stays with the client.

A pricing page

Your plans side by side, or a short estimator that asks for users and devices and returns a monthly range.

An onboarding page

The first 30 days in order: the assessment, the handover from the old provider, the new support number.

Industry pages

Healthcare, legal, finance, construction or whoever you serve, with the software and compliance each one brings.

A support page clients can use

How current clients open a ticket, the after-hours line and the remote support download.

Case studies with numbers

Seat counts, response times before and after, and what changed, published with the client’s OK.

Optional add-on

Add an AI assistant to your new site

A better site brings in more inquiries. An AI add-on makes sure none of them wait. I build it alongside your site, so it launches with everything else.

Ask about the AI add-on

Priced into the same fixed quote as your site: one project, one launch. Curious what it would save? Try the AI ROI calculator.

Process

From first email to launch

  1. 1
    1

    Written brief

Who your clients are, how you price, which services you want to sell more of: send me those, and a fixed price comes back in two days.

  2. 2

    Design

Figma comes first: the home page, one service page and pricing, over about two to four weeks, signed off by you before any code.

  3. 3
    3

    Build

Development takes four to eight weeks; your team can click through each preview between tickets.

  4. 4

    Launch and support

Go-live with every old URL redirected, a short lesson on adding case studies, then 30 days of support.

Investment

MSP website pricing

$5,000+

IT company sites start at $5,000. A pricing estimator, many industry pages or a link into your client portal raise the number, and I put it on paper for you to approve.

Every project includes discovery, design iterations, development, launch, and 30 days of post-launch support. Fixed scope, no surprise billing.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What should an MSP website include?

What you manage and what you don’t, your response times, how pricing works, the industries you serve, how onboarding goes, case studies, and a clear way for current clients to get support. A buyer should be able to compare you with their current provider in five minutes.

How much does an IT company website cost?

Wix plans are $17.77 to $159.77 a month and Squarespace plans $19 to $99 when you set the site up and write it yourself. Hourly freelancers on Upwork usually ask $15 to $30. Custom MSP sites from me start at $5,000, with a single written price.

Should an MSP show prices on its website?

Often, yes. Many buyers won’t fill out a form just to learn whether you fit their budget. A starting price per user or device, or a range per plan, keeps serious buyers reading; the exact quote still follows an assessment.

How do we write about cybersecurity without scaring clients?

Describe the routine: what you back up and how often, how you test restores, how sign-ins are protected and how quickly updates go out. A calm, specific provider reads as more trustworthy than one that lists every threat.

Can the site connect to our ticketing system?

Yes. The support page can link to your client portal or ticket form, and new sales leads can go to your PSA (the ticketing and billing system) or CRM by email or a webhook, depending on what it accepts.

Do you only work with Los Angeles IT companies?

No. IT providers anywhere in the country can hire me. I’m in Los Angeles and work through email and a preview link.
